You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your suoerph login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your suoerph account credentials with any other person. suoerph will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other channel. suoerph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods used on suoerph must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder – are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the suoerph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any suoerph content without the prior written consent of suoerph.
Any unauthorized use of suoerph's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with suoerph informally by contacting our support team. suoerph will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the stated period, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
